Interstate Concrete & Asphalt is currently hiring an Asphalt Paving Equipment Operator in Rathdrum, ID. This is a skilled position involving the safe and efficient operation of various types of heavy construction equipment including but not limited to Roller, Paver or Screed, Blade, Skip Loader, Skid Steer, Etc. in order to prepare, and pave asphalt. Qualifications: Previous asphalt grade/pave operations and/or construction related experience preferred; valid driver’s license required; Class A CDL preferred but not required; ability to pass pre-employment background check, drug screen and physical.
