We are seeking a qualified Maintenance Supervisor for our Community Property in Post Falls. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Key responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to the following: Oversees the day-to-day maintenance operations of the community, including but not limited to: work orders, unit turns, curb appeal, vendor and inventory management, and preventive maintenance Keeps an updated record of inventory Facilitates capital and renovation projects, collaborating with the Regional Maintenance Supervisor Effectively manages personnel throughout their employment lifecycle. This includes career planning and development, accountability, and performance management and recognition Maintains the highest level of customer service for prospects, residents, vendors, and home office Compliance with company standards and applicable laws, e.g., Fair Housing, Landlord Tenant, Local Building Codes, OSHA, and EEOC Consistently leads by example Must be able to communicate effectively with all team members MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS High school diploma or equivalent, college and/or trade school preferred Proven ability to supervise and lead a team of at least one other person Proficient knowledge of electrical, plumbing, appliance repair, and painting Knowledge of environmental/industrial hazards as they apply to residential housing Proven organizational and time management skills Valid driver license, automobile insurance, and working automobile Ability to read and write English; speak English and understand spoken English Proficient understanding of the Microsoft software.
