ABM, a leading provider of integrated facility solutions, is looking for a Window Cleaner. The Window Cleaner is responsible for ground level and interior window cleaning and for assembling and disassembling swing stage and scaffolding, rigging and using a bosun chair. Being willing to work on high rise buildings preferred and in all types of weather conditions required. Schedule varies by job and may include early/late shifts and weekends as needed. Shift flexibility required. High rise experience preferred. 1 yr experience using a swing stage preferred. 1 yr experience cleaning high rise windows from a bosun chair preferred. 1 yr experience rigging fall protection gear and setting up/operating a swing stage preferred. 1 year experience working from boom and scissor lifts preferred. 1 year experience with general window cleaning. A valid drivers license and the ability to pass a driving record report. A clean criminal record required.
