The Route Driver works with established Route Managers and Supervisors to learn the refreshment business, hands on, during on the job training. The position involves the daily merchandising/filling, inventory and route management- using our state of the art app based software- and cleaning of vending machines, micro-markets and 5 gallon water delivery. This exciting position will learn all aspects of the vending machine and micro-market world.
After training, the Route Driver will have the opportunity to have their own route. Routes average 45 -55 hours per week.
