Responsibilities: Execute and implement appropriate water mitigation procedures, as necessary, and following up as required to assure excellent customer service Complete all necessary paperwork when providing customer service Be able to interact with customers in disaster response activities Ensure clear communication with office staff, immediate supervisor and fellow technicians Use good decision making practices in doing what is right for the company Qualifications: Current IICRC certification in water (WTR) and currently employed in the restoration industry is required. Applicants who possess these qualifications will be hired at the top end of the listed wage scale. Candidates who are not IICRC certified in water (WTR) and do not possess experience in the restoration industry will be hired at the lower end of the wage scale. Strength with multitasking and handling deadlines Background check will be performed, candidates with felony convictions will not be considered. Possess a valid driver's license and clean driving record Proficient in the use of a smart phone or computer Basic "handy-man" skills are desired Demolition experience is desired Attention to details in organization, cleanliness and care for facility, assets and equipment Benefits: Rate of pay: 16.00 - $21.00 per hour (depending on experience) Position is full-time, 40 per week, minimum Daily work schedule, Monday - Friday, 7:45 - 4:15 PM Due to the fact that the company provides emergency services, the employee will be required to be on-call one weekend per month A full benefits package is available including 401K Retirement Plan, paid vacation & holidays and sick leave Advancement in the company is available for an employee who possesses an exceptional work ethic, positive attitude, professional appearance, is trustworthy and treats the business as their own
