$12.50/hr. (All (3) Shifts, Varied Days OFF, Multiple Positions ) ISS Facility Services Inc. a leader in the facility maintenance is seeking full time janitorial staff to maintain the adidas work located off Cedar Crest Road. Responsibilities include trash removal, replacing trash liners, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, desk cleaning, dusting, wall spotting, glass cleaning, assisting in light maintenance work, restroom care, dusting light fixtures, spot cleaning, polishing, general cleaning, sanitizing and other tasks assigned by management. This is a great job for someone who loves to be busy and can handle working in a fast paced environment where attention to detail and accuracy are paramount. Custodial staff may interface with the public and other external service providers, customer service skills are of utmost importance. The most suitable individuals will have a naturally friendly and optimistic professional demeanor and be team oriented. Great advancement opportunities. Ability to work in a non-climate-controlled distribution or warehouse atmosphere, in which outside weather conditions greatly affect the buildings temperature although localized fans and heaters are used. Ability to stand and walk for long periods, repetitive pulling, pushing, bending, reaching, and lifting up to 35lbs.
