Sound Bath Meditation, New Moon in Aries. This event falls on a special date and celebrates the New Moon in Aries. New Moon represents a fresh start; this month is an opportunity to set a call to action, heal past wounds with empathy and compassion, find creative solutions, and alleviate our minds and calm our hearts, find innovative solutions, and change our future. Lauren uses a combination of oracle decks, crystals, sage, spirit guides, guardian angels, spirit animals, and intuition to facilitate group healings and sound bath meditations. In this meditation, insight will be provided to set intentions for the upcoming month. Reiki will be incorporated into the guided meditation to release what is no longer serving you, and fill you with balance, clarity, and peace. This event uses sound meditation and energy healing techniques which facilitate the healing flow of universal light energy through mind, body and spirit.
