RV repair needed on travel trailers

I needing someone to do RV repair. Carpentry is the main skill I need but being able to fix simple mechanical and electrical shit really helps too. There is also lots of sealing involved. If you can't run a decent bead of caulk you are pretty much worthless to me (no offense). I have a nice, decently clean shop with concrete floors that fits 3 campers. I DO NOT pay by the hour. You bid the job, you complete the work to satisfaction, and you get paid well. If it's a longer job and you need some of the money as the work is completed I can usually accommodate that. I'm not too picky but whatever you work on needs to look like it hasn't been worked on. The last job that was done for me the guys (two people) actually worked for 15 hours (x2 guys) and made $1700. I was actually figuring it as 40 hours labor but they did good work and got it done to satisfaction in 30. Unfortunately they are now on a job out of area which is why I need help. Our main goal is to do quality work, we are not out to screw anyone over. I provide the materials and I have quite a few tools but it would be nice if you can bring the smaller tools that you like working with. I can't guarantee any amount of work but if I find someone dependable I can keep them pretty busy. I probably have at least a couple of weeks worth of work right now for one guy. Im actually turning down work now because of my labor situation. I don't need someone that thinks they can do it I need someone who knows they can. I will be there to answer questions but I want to stay the hell away from you while you do your thing as much as possible.
