Needed: Minivan

This is a long shot but here goes- and please keep from sending negative remarks...life is hard enough. My son is 26 years old. He busts his butt every day and works harder than anyone I know. Life has dealt him some tough times and a pretty catastrophic injury to boot and he still gets back up and dusts himself off and keeps moving forward. He is also clean and sober for almost 2 years now! He and his girlfriend are expecting his first child this summer. His car that he has been driving has had one issue after the next and he’s put so much money into it (that he couldn’t even afford) and now after all that - the transmission crapped out on him today. It’s a small car anyway- what he needs is a minivan to be able to drive himself, and the kids (she has a couple herself) around safely. He doesn’t have tons of money at all. He survives weekly- there’s no “fun money” for anything. He’s broke and sadly so am I as I lost my job 6 months ago and am trying to stay afloat myself. I wish more than anything I could get him a decent minivan - something safe that isn’t going to need thousands of dollars in work. I don’t know- maybe someone reading this has one they don’t use anymore- maybe you’re trading up and you’d be in a position to help out someone who’s trying their best to be able to work and support themselves and their growing family. If you have a minivan that has no more than 170k miles on it and you’re willing to sell cheap or just donate and you’re willing to help out - please let me know. Thank you.
