Description
Licensed Contractor is looking for additional crew from foremen to general laborers to carryout rehab/remodeling work on properties throughout the greater Fresno and Clovis areas. Projects will be starting over the next month and will ultimately be around 15-20 properties per year. Looking for a long term commitment to a family owned and operated business.
Usual projects will include some hauling/demo, minor repairs, paint, flooring and kitchen & bathroom remodeling. The ideal candidates will be responsible, reliable, honest, and comfortable interacting with clients.
Foreman must be able to lead a crew and perform work himself, must be able to manage a job from start to finish and stay on schedule, read project plans and specifications.
Ideal general laborer candidates will have experience in any of these areas: demolition, framing, insulation, drywall, carpentry, flooring.
Hiring for full time positions.
Must speak English.
Must have own reliable vehicle.
Must have a smart phone.
Must have paperwork to work in the U.S.A
Hiring individuals who are self motivated and take pride in their work.
Show up on time and perform the job needed in a timely manner.
