JD Home Rentals is actively seeking to hire full-time Customer Service Representatives, General Maintenance Workers, Drywall Installers & Finishers and Tree Trimmers. Office Hours are Monday - Friday 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM & Saturdays from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM. The job descriptions below are not intended to describe, in detail, the multitude of tasks that may be assigned, but rather to give the employee a general sense of the responsibilities and expectations of this position. - - CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE Duties: - Serves visitors and employees by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately. - Informs tenants, visitors, etc. by answering or referring inquiries. - Keeps a safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations. - Offer support and solutions to customers in accordance with the company's customer service policies - Bring any issues to the attention of the appropriate department. - Perform other duties as assigned. Requirements: - Fluent in Spanish - One (1) year experience in Customer Service - - GENERAL MAINTENANCE WORKER Duties: - Clean debris and dust from the assigned areas - Repair locks (Front door, bathroom, back door, etc.) - Replace broken windows & broken blinds - Install and repair electric wiring and replace bulbs and capacitors - Assist with construction or remolding projects - Pull work orders and material to be worked on properties - Will use common tools such as hammers, hoists, saws, drills, and wrenches - Perform other duties as assigned Requirements: - Two (2) years experience in General Maintenance - Have own tools & truck **tool & mileage reimbursement provided - - DRYWALL INSTALLER & FINISHER Duties: - Apply drywall to walls or ceilings. - Prepare panels for painting by taping or finishing joints. - Work with ceiling tile installers to build walls. - Measure, cut, fit, and fasten panels. - Prepare panels by sawing, drilling, or cutting holes in panels for electrical outlets, air-conditioning units and plumbing. - Smooth away excess material. - Perform other duties as assigned. Requirements: - Two (2) years experience working with Drywall - Have own tools & truck **Tool & Mileage reimbursement provided - - TREE TRIMMER Duties: - Uses handsaws, pruning hooks, sheers, and clippers to prune and manage growth of trees and shrubs. - Trims, tops, and reshapes trees - Removes dead and excess branches from trees and/or from around power lines. - Operates truck-mounted lifts, pruners, and other necessary equipment and tools. - Performs other related duties as assigned. Requirements: - Two (2) years experience in Tree Trimming/ Landscaping - Have own tools & truck **Tool & Mileage reimbursement provided - Ability to climb up to 20 feet with Spikes - Ability to operate a lift
