Job Description Restoration Field work that includes content manipulation, demolition/removal of wet and moldy building materials as needed, setting up drying equipment, application of sanitizing chemicals in attics and crawl spaces, answer homeowner questions and /or concerns, and work as part of a team with other technicians and laborers on a professional level. 2 Qualifications for Consideration of Position IICRC WRT or higher certifications preferred but not required, we can train the right candidate and certification can follow. Hours will vary based on scope of each job. Some jobs require the use of a respirator or work in tight spaces with wet, moldy or smoke damaged building materials. Job duties require the ability to lift up to 50-75 pounds, pass a respirator fit test, and pass a pulmonary function test. Extras We offer competitive starting pay of $16.00-18.00 per hour (based on experience) with occasional OT. Health care options are available after a period of 90 days as well as growth opportunities within the company.
