Need Cleaning services for vacant, furnished and commercial properties

Hello, We're a property management company. We manage furnished rentals and vacant properties, and commercial properties. We're looking for someone who would provide cleaning service that would provide us both weekly, monthly services. Every time job is completed we would need invoice to be emailed and so we can make payment. You'll receive a login account info so that you would get the work order texted to you where you can check-in at job sight and see the work order details and put upload pictures and check out from. You'll need to provide all cleaning supplies. You provide your own cleaning supplies. Must have experience. The amount of work we have is about 15-20 hours a week. All over Jackson County.
