We are seeking a part-time (potential full-time hours available), reliable, compassionate, energetic coach to work with our recreational All Star Cheer program at our Anoka/Ramsey location. We offer competitive pay based on experience. Ideal Candidate: • Understanding of USASF Cheer and Safety guidelines • 1 - 2 years prior All Star Cheer coaching and experience • Knowledge of all ability levels and requirements • Ability to work occasional weekends • Experience in choreographing All Star routines • Ability to spot up to Level 4 tumbling is recommended • Dependable: Is able to meet deadlines • Enthusiastic: Has a passion for what they do and shares that with students and families • Problem solver: Recognizes obstacles and can develop solutions • Achievement-oriented: Enjoys taking on challenges • Adaptable/flexible: Enjoys doing work that may require frequent shifts in direction Application and reference forms are available on our website:
