CANOGA PARK, CA — Almost four months after a man was gunned down in a Conga Park alley, Los Angeles police are renewing calls for the public's help in finding his killer. The Los Angeles Police Department released a photo of the victim, 58-year-old Francisco Cebrero, while offering a $50,000 reward for information leading to the arrest and prosecution of his killer. "On November 1, 2020, at 9:15 p.m., officers responded to a report of a 'man down' near the intersection of Saticoy Street and Independence Avenue in Canoga Park. Officers located a victim suffering from a gunshot wound in an alley," according to the Los Angeles Police Department. Los Angeles Fire Department paramedics provided medical treatment, but Cebrero was pronounced dead at the scene. Anyone with information is asked to call Detective Moselle of the Los Angeles Police Department's Valley Bureau Homicide at 818-374-9550.
