You: ▪ Like being helpful, are naturally oriented to “yes” as an answer ▪ Thrive on variety, agility, efficiency and accomplishment ▪ Have a diverse set of skills, ranging from household management to office administration ▪ Learn quickly, move quickly, think quickly — but are still pleasant, present and engaging ▪ Can manage a flexible schedule and fluid day-to-day responsibilities ▪ Have reliable transportation and are willing to use it The Second You: ▪ Is a locally-owned, community-committed, collaborative and connected company ▪ Genuinely likes our clients and trusts our team to deliver on our promises to them ▪ Operates with a light-hearted vibe but a focused, considerate, conscientious work ethic ▪ Specializes in not specializing, providing an assortment of home and basic business services ▪ Provides a supportive work environment, not a highly structured corporate framework ▪ Expects a willingness to take initiative and get the job done without micromanagement Job Details: ▪ Part-time employee or independent contract with room to grow ▪ 15-20 hours per week to start ▪ $13-$16/hr. depending on assignment/experience; mileage reimbursement if applicable ▪ Tasks will vary — from picking up a house, doing laundry, running errands for a personal client to organizing or filing for a small business client ▪ Hours will vary — depending on projects and client needs ▪ Work may be indoors or outdoors, involve standing/sitting/carrying/moderate lifting ▪ Candidates must be capable of clear communication: written, digital and verbal ▪ Candidates must be timely, organized, and professional Preferred, but not required: ▪Previous experience running and managing a household ▪Experience working with older adults and/or dementia patients ▪Experience and interest in working around children If interested, please contact Jeanie Sutter.
