Betta fish , with tank

I have a metallic male crown tail betta for rehoming. He will come in my 2.5 gallon top fin retreat. The decorations in the photo are staying with me including plants. However you get him, the tank, the heater, the light and lid, and the fluval stratum substrate. I have acquired one to many fish so I'm looking for a good home for him! Asking 40 dollars for the whole set up minus decorations.
