ISO someone interested in helping found a new hospitality business in the Flagstaff area. This person would be in a position as day-to-day operator. Experience in hospitality is a plus but not necessary. My plans are to open a first location near Flagstaff then expand to other locations, with salary and equity growth opportunities. Opening and running a business is not easy but can be very rewarding. I'm looking for someone who loves to create new things, who can think outside the box, who isn't afraid to fail, who knows how to roll up their sleeves and take ownership, and who finds satisfaction in the process of building something. I'm also looking for someone who wants the long-term challenge (7+ years) and the education and growth that comes with that. I've had success with past businesses and am looking to be an investment partner and to assist with back-office operations (funding, legal, accounting, HR, payroll, marketing), and company culture (values, vision, goals). The values I hope to instill in the company are: 1. Extreme honesty 2. Ownership 3. A Desire to Delight I'm happy to discuss and explain these values further and consider a co-founder's inputs.
