Possible team lead would come with bump in pay employment type: full-time Sunroom + Porch Remodeling company looking to fill full time position. Who we are and what we do: We are a Sunroom/Porch Remodeling company and serve the Triangle + Surrounding areas. We specialize in rough/finish carpentry, and Remodeling sunrooms/porches and conversions. What we need: We are looking for an experienced carpenter/handyman to add to our team. You will need to be presentable and be able to speak with our clients from time to time. Your role will be to assist the on site Project Manager in completing jobs varying from demolition + framing/remodeling and site setup/cleanup to delivery and installation of windows/doors. Plenty of room for growth! Ideally your experience would include: Rough framing + finish carpentry Window + door installation Rot repairs Siding Gutters/downspouts Paint Minor electrical Deck/porch/Sunroom experience You should have the following tools at a minimum: Reliable Truck/Van/SUV Power tools (Corded and cordless) Hand tools ☆The more tools you own and know how to use the better! More tools, more experience will translate to better pay☆ Compensation will be $15-$20 an hour based on experience. More if you have the tools, experience, and reliability we are looking for.
