Flooring - Peel and Stick tiles installation

Hi need help with the flooring of my garage. I bought peel and stick tiles, its very easy just peel off the protection cover and stick. Its a brand new home and we did not move in yet so no need to work hard on cleaning of the garage, maybe just quickly sweep off any dust. it's a standard 2 car garage of a condominium. Please bring your own tool to cut the tile because I don't have any sharp blades. /*******Need on March 26***********/
