Hello I’m looking for Delivery Helpers. From time to time I get requests to deliver larger items that need 2 people to Load/Unload (Couches, Tables, Dressers, etc.). This may be once a month or 20 times a month. It’s all dependent on having larger items to haul. I have agreements with a couple Stores to handle their Deliveries and now that the economy is starting to open back up I’m seeing an uptick in business. I could potentially see this going from “Gig Work” to Part-Time Work from May to Oct., from Nov. to Apr. things are pretty slow. Deliveries generally take 1-2 hrs. but your actual effort in Loading/Unloading is all of 20’ish mins. In addition to this you’ll only need to drive to a meet-up location here in Salem and then I’ll do all the driving. When the Job(s) is over I’ll bring you back to the same location I picked you up from. I pay $15-20 an Hour depending on the Job and you get paid once the Job is complete. If a Delivery takes less than an Hour you’ll still be paid for at least 1 Hours worth of work. Anything over an Hour I pay in 15 min. increments. What I’m looking for are people that are professional, reliable, have a flexible schedule, have reliable transportation, have a smartphone, can get up and down stairs and can lift up to 75 - 100 lbs. Most items weigh closer to 35-75 lbs but from time to time there are the heavier items and I need you to be able to lift/carry your end.
