Duties and Responsibilities: • Companionship and conversation • Light housekeeping tasks and meal preparation • Incidental transportation to and from appointments, errands and activities • Medication assistance and/or reminders • Assistance with grooming and bathing • Assistance with toileting and incontinence issues • Alzheimer's Care (We train) Caregiver Skills and Qualifications: • Ability to treat and care for seniors and their property with dignity and respect. • Ability to perform or willing to learn advanced personal care to include bed-bound clients, giving bed baths and utilizing a sliding board and Hoyer Lift. • Ability to work with or willing to learn to work with clients receiving Hospice care or at end of life. • Must be willing to work or willing to learn to work with male and/or female clients as well as those who smoke or have pets. • Be a good and patient listener in a friendly and polite manner. • Complete Background Check, DMV check and drug screen. • Possess a valid driver's license, and valid auto insurance.
