2Bd House/Duplex Wanted

Hi, I'm looking to move myself and my two children from our apartment to a duplex or house around Salem/Keizer/Brooks areas. We have 3 cats, so pet friendly is a must. At least 2 bedrooms are needed. A yard is a must, fenced would be preferred. Rent would have to be $1300 or less, especially depending on utilities. I would like to move ASAP, but at least by the end of the year.
