We don't have a lot of choices I know but I made the mistake of getting Ziply and what I want everyone to know is that this internet service goes down ALL THE TIME! When it goes out, getting it back up and running is NOT a priority for this company. You will be out at least THREE DAYS each time it goes out. We have friends that live further out in the country and they were out for over three weeks!! Can you imagine, especially when you work from home? When you call, it is endless recordings and hard to reach a real person. I had it for about a year and we replaced our home landline with it when Ziply bought out Frontier. BIGGEST MISTAKE I'VE EVER MADE. We would have been way better off going with Spectrum, which we now have. Yes, it's a little more money but so worth it! No headaches, when I call I actually get people that jump into action. You will NEVER get that with Ziply. I tried to cancel an appointment I had with them and it took six phone calls to do it. They like to text you appointment times but not respond back. All I can say is that my experience with them has been HORRIBLE and I am just trying to save some of you the grief that I went through. Ziply is THE worst company I have ever dealt with period. There was so much more than what is in this posting. It would take too long to tell you everything.
