Fit Lot Drop In Class Join our Fit Lot Instructor in learning about how to use the AARP Fit Lot located at the Miller Community & Recreation Center. This is all outside which is perfect for keeping safe during COVID 19. Our instructor will be teaching everyone how to effectively and safely use the equipment and other fitness techniques using equipment at the Fit Lot. Each participant in the classes must also take one of the Introduction to Fit Lot Classes. The Fit Lot is open for all ages 18+. Fit Lot Classes will be taking place on Monday and Friday mornings from 8:00A-9:00A and Drop In Class will be on Wednesday evenings from 5:30P-6:30P.
