Come join Chef Taylor West on a curry flight dinner to North Thailand featuring food from our good Friend Chef Ben ! Chef Taylor West of Denver Sushi House & good friend Chef Ben Whelan are curating a curry tasting experience that showcases 3 different curries from the northen region of Thailand! Tickets to this event will include a bowl of steamed rice to accompany each serving of curry and every course will showcase a different variety and style of Northern Thailand curries. Over the next few months we will be hosting 3 individual curry flight dinners. Each dinner will explore a variety of curry styles and flavors and each event focuses on one of 3 different regions of Thailand: Northern, Central, and Southern Thailand! Menu Kaho Soi chicken dumpling, turmeric noodles, chili Isaan Jungle Curry chicken offal, pickled young bamboo, chilies Herbal Gaeng Om catfish, cabbage, dill, Thai basil, Cha Ong (rice paddy)
