The Bible speaks to the importance of church community in Christian communities and the world. The church in the New Testament was first and foremost a community — not a building, a religious organization, or a worship service. Members did not just see each other during a Sunday meeting; they actually cared for each other as if they were part of a community from Monday through Saturday. Church Community is designed to help believers understand church life and the mission, vision, and core values of Grace Covenant Sterling. This will be a live interactive class team-taught by the pastors and leaders. Appropriate for teens and adults. LOCATION: GCC Chantilly Main Classroom * Light snacks and beverages will be served. * Study guides will be provided upon arrival.
