Explore healing mindful practices as we engage with nature, art, and ritual. We will gather to celebrate the beauty of our earth using mindful practices to create individual earth alters. No mindfulness or art experience needed. You will be taught the process.There will be time for individual reflection, mindful meditation and walking, and communal sharing. Wear comfortable shoes and clothing. We will be walking and sitting on the ground. Pre-Register. Space is limited. Donations accepted. Contact Deanna Martin @513-488-0686 with questions.
