NOW HIRING!! ** Residential Cleaning Techs- Must have FLEXIBLE daytime hours, a valid Driver License and good driving record. Schedule changes from week to week. Hours could range from 8 hours a week to 40. Residential Cleaning Position is for Move-in/Move-out cleans, monthly, bi monthly and weekly residential cleaning accounts and post construction cleaning. Candidates must be able to work independently and in a team setting Job Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning restrooms, windows, dusting, disinfecting and emptying trash and recycling. Job Requirements: * Janitorial experience a plus * Dependable * Able to effectively communicate with supervisor, co-workers, and clients * Reliable transportation * Smart Phone * Able to walk or stand for prolonged periods * Requires bending, stooping, reaching up, and lifting up to 30 pounds * Able to read and comprehend safety material and facility required documents Please go to our website to apply on-line now.
