Exceptional means: -Experienced in residential exterior and interior, decks, fences, 2-story work, repairs, etc. -Reliable - Crew must always conduct themselves with integrity. -Customer Oriented - Crew must have customer's needs as the first priority. -Friendly - Crew will interact with homeowner and must have a great attitude. I'm looking for crews that have the experience, processes, work ethic and people skills to join my team. I run a different kind of painting company. My painting crews mostly manage themselves and are treated more like subcontractors. You can pick the projects you want to work on and you'll be able to make $ like a subcontractor.
