FYI Ducklings without their mom, DO NOT have their mom's oil to make their feather's waterproof. Until the Ducklings grow their adult feather's they are unable to make their own oils. Without the oils they are not waterproof and their baby fuzz feathers will just soak up the water and they will die of pneumonia. Use a water bottle to water them they will use it. Don't allow them to submerge in any water even a water bowl. Auctions and pet stores don't tell you this. The first thing one wants to do when getting a duck is give it water to swim. Unfortunately years ago I learned this the hard way. :( please repost this here and on Facebook so maybe we can save some little ducklings from an unnecessary death. For those of you clearly not getting my message: I am not selling any! I am just trying to educate people so ducklings don't die unnecessary deaths.
