Property Management company seeking a dependable person with strong work ethics to provide general grounds keeping and maintenance job duties for one primary property. This is a year-round position; could lead into a lead position for the right candidate. Duties include, blowing leaves, debris, some weed eating, keeping the property clean, taking out trash, cleaning and maintaining pool, cleaning docks and other duties as assigned. May be asked to assist other properties as needed. Must agree to be included in the after-hours emergency call on a rotation basis with other maintenance personnel. Hours are typically Monday - Friday 7:00 - 3:00 during season with some weekend hours as needed. Other duties as assigned. We provide benefits for full-time employees. Drug free workplace. Must pass criminal background check.
