General Contractor currently seeking Construction Laborer. This will start as a 1099 (independent contractor) position, with starting pay between $10-$15 per hour, depending on skills and experience. We would prefer someone who has their own tools and is skilled and knowledgeable in several stages of home building and remodeling, including deck/fence/flooring installation, framing, plumbing, electrical, concrete, and finish work such as drywall and trim/moulding installation and painting. There is a strong potential for higher pay and/or permanent employment if candidate is skilled, determined, and has the ability to follow directions and successfully lead and complete a project. We would like someone who is reliable and is confident enough to function as a foreman on the job site while the General Contractor is away for estimates, walkthroughs, or at other project sites.
