The Women Who Wine get ready to welcome spring with Clayton & Crume. It's time to get out & experience one of the hottest spots in NULU. We will kick off spring with Clayton & Crume in the heart of NULU. If you have not experienced the story of this crafted leather store you are missing out. Even if you have...WWW4C will introduce you to their new second floor space. A space that once was Muhammad Ali's gym! Program Feature: This event is all about the C's for which WWW4C was founded. To Connect, Communicate and Celebrate each other and our Cause. Offering a chance to reconnect with friends and meet professional women of our community we will celebrate the hope of spring and our 2021 Organization of the Year UP for Women and Children. Our Host's :Clayton and Crume (two great guys that met in college) were raised in the heart of bourbon country, embraced the traditions of their upbringing which taught them the value of honest, hard work and the pride that’s earned by creating something with your own two hands. Their story is fun and inspiring as is their beautiful flagship store. As they share, "We believe in the power of people. The encouragement to work in an environment we love, surrounded by people who believe in what they create, in a city we're proud to claim as home." We hope you join us and share a few hours of fun with the WWW4C & C&C families. 10% of event of any sales will be donated to UP NOTE: Temperature scans will be taken and hand sanitation requested upon entry. C&C request that we wear a mask at all times, but can pull the mask down when eating and drinking and they ask that the mask cover the mouth and nose at all times. Plenty of space available to assure social distancing. If you are ill or exposed to COVID please do not attend. Date: April 14 - 5:00 PM - 7:00 PM Cost: $5 per person (limit 50) - Holds your spot and a special personalized gift from Clayton and Crume along with a Raffle ticket ($300 basket value) ASK: UP is always in need items to support those they serve. You can help by bringing donations to support the season such as ponchos, umberllas and they are always in need of female hygiene products. Eats & Drinks:  Light bites and wine (of course) We will also hear from Uniting Partners (UP). UP is the only day shelter for Women and Children in the Louisville area. Serving our homeless community, UP is a resource where Women and Children have a warm and protected space during the day. They provide clothing, daily necessities, assistance with job opportunities and most importantly HOPE. Our famous Raffle Basket with 100% going to UP will be available.  $5 - 1 Ticket; $10 - 3 Tickets - Cash makes it easiest for you and us and is appreciated.
