Midwestern Construction is a FDOT maintenance contractor specializing in roadside maintenance & landscaping. We are in need of truck drivers who can work independently and have experience on skid steers and excavators. A valid driver's license, good driving record is required, and a pre-employment drug test. Qualified applicants will be able to deliver equipment with a 55' trailer, water landscaping with a water truck, be able to assist with placing maintenance of traffic items (signs and cones) and work well with others as a team player by assisting crews with whatever is needed on a daily basis. Work is throughout the state of Florida and does require overnight stays during the week. This position is not for driving only. Driving is the primary position but other work will be done as needed.
