Patio, rooftop, backyard—as long as there’s sun, space, and accessibility, I’d like to rent it from you. Because it’s so tough to find this in this area, I’m willing to pay more than a fair price, and I’m also happy to negotiate partial payment with the harvest or help you grow anything you need.
