General Laborer - Grading and Utilities

IronEarth Construction Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and reliable laborer to assist our crews with grading and utility installation on various projects throughout the Raleigh area. This position will have the responsibility of assisting with the daily operations of laying water, sewer, and storm drain, along with grading, and erosion control installation. Lifting objects over 50 pounds, continuously maintaining a clean job site, and being prepared for a physically demanding job on a daily basis is required. The best candidate will be a hard working and reliable individual who is quick to pickup new skills and grow with the company. All tools and PPE will be provided. Qualifications: -Driver's License -Equipment Operator a plus, but not required -Water, Sanitary Sewer, Stormwater, Erosion Control, Grading, and General Construction knowledge What are we looking for in a candidate? · Work History with high level of stability · Ability to work independently and also with a team · Highly motivated and determined · Excellent communication skills · Ability to adapt to changing situations or unknown conditions. The role of a general laborer at IronEarth Construction is critical to our overall success. The primary purpose for this position is to ensure that our clients' projects are completed on time and in accordance with the highest standard of quality. Primary Roles and Responsibilities: -Report to Site on time and ready and determined to work. -Install Water, Sanitary Sewer, Stormwater, and Grading to include Erosion Control. -Safely operate a variety of small and large equipment in safe and efficient manner including but not limited to chainsaws, various hand tools. -Be able to lift objects greater than 50lbs.
