Swimming Pool/Outdoor Living Punch Out Technician Hauk Custom Pools, a leader in the Industry, is searching for a full-time Punch Out Technician. We are based in Celina, Tx, but build custom pools and outdoor living areas in the North Dallas area. We are seeking a hardworking, dedicated, flexible individual to help with our Service and Construction Team. Requirements: 1+ years experience Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions Driver’s License and reputable driving record Ability to lift 50-80 lbs. Ability to take and apply direction and instruction from crew lead Attention to detail and ability to complete tasks with minimal supervision Openly communicate regarding any issues or problems Basic usage and understanding of construction type tools: Hammer-Drills, jackhammers, wheel barrels, shovels, sump pumps, air compressors, etc. Highly motivated, self-driven individual who is detail orientated Good time management skills; be available for long hours all year round Able to work effectively with individuals of differing knowledge and background (i.e. clientele, contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and other designers) Punctual and dependable Responsibilities: Job-site clean-up and debris removal Minor decking/paver repair Tile and coping repair Fence and gate repairs Landscape and Drainage repair Some digging/trenching Ensures that all installation work is performed in accordance with company standards Ensures that all equipment is operated safely and maintenance procedures are followed Follows directions from supervisor Communicates well Monitors all tools equipment and machinery for needed maintenance. Maintain a clean and safe job site. Working hours are Monday through Friday 8am to 5 pm with an occasional Saturday in peak season.
