If you are new to pool construction, we train till you are capable to complete all phases of the pool process. Qualifications • Construction: 1 year (Preferred) • Reliable • Valid drivers license • Able to occasionally lift 80 pounds • Physical strength and endurance to work long hours • Basic knowledge of tools and equipment Job Duties • Pool Construction that includes o Excavation o Trenching and backfilling trenches after plumbing completion o Floor preparation before pool placement o Shell Delivery o Framing o Plumbing o Rat Slab Form & Pour o Material Deliveries o Clean Up • Organizing and cleaning the shop and vehicles daily • Etc. This Job Is Ideal for Someone Who Is: • Dependable -- more reliable than spontaneous • Adaptable/flexible -- enjoys doing work that requires frequent shifts in direction • Good work Ethic • Understands verbal and written direction • Responds well to constructive criticism • Self-starter Schedule: • Monday to Fridays. Expect occasionally Saturdays. We start at 7:30am every day! The end time varies. • Expect to work at least 40 hours per week. o 40-50 hours during the winter season o 40-60 hours during the spring/summer season Company Benefits Health, Dental & Vision insurance after 30 days PTO is available after 90 days 401 (k) Occasionally performance bonuses 1.5 for overtime hours Paid drive time (job to job) Opportunities for job position advancement Pay $15.00+ per hour.
