Position: Janitor Location: Portland Metro & Surrounding Areas Shift: Day, Swing, Graveyard (PT Weekends, PT Weekdays and FT) Payrate: $13.75 and increase after completing 522 hours, and after completing 1,040 hours. Job overview: Our employer partner is seeking an energetic and motivated teammate as we help them grow their janitorial crew. These positions are direct hire, full time and part time available. Responsibilities: • Ensure restrooms, break areas and lobbies are clean including sweeping, mopping, wiping down sinks & toilets. • Respond to janitorial emergencies on site. • Empty trash and recycling • Communicate with a supervisor about inventory needs. If you need special accommodations, please let us know. • One year of experience as a janitor, housekeeper, or other cleaning role is helpful. • Work independently with very little supervision. • Walk and stand for long periods of time. • Perform work that includes lifting items up to 50 lbs., carrying, bending, and pulling. • Speak and understand English. **Upon conditional offer must be able to pass background checks and clearance. **
