Looking for a good hand that is a jack of all trades to help me out

I am a contractor that currently is working on my own doing all kinds of jobs like Tiling, Flooring install, Demo, Carpentry, Painting, and all the general trades just depending on the job im on. I am looking for someone that is most importantly trustworthy....... As well as descently skilled in a variety of different trades "if you can catch on quick i dont mind teaching or showing you"But i am just overloaded with work and could use a extra hand to help me out wether it be on the same job as me, or i send you to a different location and work on a different job than me because of a time crunch or whatever it may be. Must have your own transportation! If all goes well and i feel like you are worth more than the wage i will be starting you out at i will give you a raise accordingly in time. Ideally i would like someone that i can explain a job and the person has common sense and a good idea of what to do without me being present. I am needing someone to relieve me not babysit LOL!
