I don't have much, just an amp, guitar and my pedal board. I'll probably only want to store the amp (small 1x12 cab and head) there. Looking to use the space 2-3 times a week for an hour or so each time.. probably evenings/nights. I'm flexible outside of 9-5, M-F. It'd be rad if we can coordinate via google calendar or whatever. I play weird distortion/fuzz/indie shit that mostly sounds awful. I might occasionally bring a mic and my laptop to record, or my cello. Anyways. I'm chill and have my shit together, I'm in my early 30's and have a clean background check. Just looking to play louder without pissing my neighbors off. If you want lower rent hit me up. Tegan
