At MMCR we recycle and crush concrete/asphalt and sell material to our customers. We are looking for a Loader Operator, Excavator Operator and a Scale House Operator. Loader Operator: This roll will include loading the crusher with concrete, loading trucks with material, maintaining your loader (checking fluids, greasing, fueling, and inspecting for any problems) and helping others around the yard when needed. Excavator Operator: This roll will include separating material from the raw concrete pile, helping the crushing plant when objects are stuck and need to be pulled out, maintaining your machine (checking fluids, greasing, fueling, and inspecting for any problems) and helping others around the yard when needed. Scale House Operator: This roll will include printing out weight tickets for customers, checking incoming loads to make sure they have correct material (climbing the side of a semi trailer to view what’s inside) and making sure the office is clean and presentable. To qualify for the job you must have a drivers license, source of transportation, be accountable (show up on time), be a hard worker and have a positive attitude. You will be working 10 hour shifts, 5 to 6 days a week.
