First Parish Church in Dover NH is seeking to hire a PART TIME Maintenance Coordinator for 15 hrs/week, with a flexible weekly schedule determined by job responsibilities. This position would be responsible for general maintenance of church properties, which includes the main church building and the adjacent Parish house (which includes a thrift store and 3 church-owned apartments above). This position will be responsible to the Church Administrator. Position will ensure safe maintenance of and operation of all building systems, conducting routine inspections, and responding to emergencies. The position will also include maintaining work logs and records, meeting with contractors/inspectors, coordinating work for repairs with tradespeople, and coordinating work with church lay leaders. This position pays $15/hour, with possible additional hours negotiable in the future.
