Peak Services Colorado is hiring a Landscape Enhancement foreman. The Landscape Enhancement Foreman is responsible for all aspects of extra landscape projects, additional landscape services and snow operations for assigned staff. Responsibilities include: · Monitor work for quality and efficiency. · Supervise crews and participate in jobs as necessary. · Train and monitor extra work and snow staff on proper methods and techniques to perform assigned tasks: work with employees to correct deficiencies · Train and implement safety and DOT compliance and procedures · Monitor extra work staff for proper PPE · Monitor extra work/snow staff for uniforms and/or approved clothing and foot wear · Inspect and report property/project conditions · Assist with estimating/field measurements · Report any vehicle, equipment or shop related items to Operations Manager/shop mechanic · Transport and operate equipment as needed · Perform landscape maintenance duties as necessary · Coordinate, collect, review and deliver, project/snow sheets as necessary. · Perform other tasks/duties as requested by Operations, Owner or Office Management. Minimum Qualifications/Requirements: · High school diploma or equivalent · Experience working productively with little supervision and motivating others, with clear expectations, to do the same. · Demonstrated ability toward resolving conflict and defusing situations in a calm, productive manner. · Strong organizational skills. · Ability to work a flexible schedule · Knowledge of and ability to operate landscape maintenance equipment · Knowledge of and ability to operate snow removal equipment · 3-5 years industry experience · Must posses industry knowledge, including basic plant care, basic plant identification, basic irrigation knowledge · Have or be able to obtain a CLT (certified landscape technician) certification Equipment to be used: · Various sized mowers, string trimmers, hedge trimmers, backpack blowers, chain saw, snow blower, snowplow, truck, skid steer, various hand tools, computer, phone Working Conditions: · Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds, squat, kneel, crawl, bend and twist at waist, work overhead. · Prolonged, standing and walking. · Outside, all types of weather
