We are looking for a Dependable, Responsible, and Determined Maintenance Technicians and Groundskeepers Pay rate is between $14 -15 /hr for Grounds & 16-18/hr for Maintenance- DOE The Groundskeeper is responsible for maintaining the environment that residents, visitors, and staff enjoy. Duties may include some or all of the following (but are not limited to): Daily upkeep, including cleaning and removing trash in common areas, leasing offices, laundry rooms, models, public restrooms, etc Power washing Landscaping / Grounds keeping: mow grass, pull weeds, trim trees and shrubs, watering, rake leaves Touch up painting Assist with all types of maintenance as requested Basic pool area cleaning, Shoveling and Spreading salt on public passageways to prevent ice buildup Standing for long periods of time and lifting up to 50lbs The Maintenance Technician is responsible for assessing and responding to maintenance issues. Preferred Qualifications: 6 Months experience Basic Hand Tools (Required) Outgoing, self-motivated, and highly reliable Ability to problem solve and work with minimal supervision Great Customer Service Skills Potential Responsibilities: Prepare or complete service requests in a timely manner and Inspect Grounds and common areas Troubleshoot repair issues Make readies - Prepare and fulfill move in checklists Install locks Perform preventative maintenance in building and or/ apartments including, but not limited to heating, and air conditioning systems, plumbing fixtures, sprinkler system, smoke detector, and fire extinguishers We are looking forward to working with you.
