The Commercial Division of Westlake Ace Hardware is looking for reliable and motivated team player types to join our team. We have multiple openings to support our growing business and these openings have various functions: Here’s what you will be doing: • General warehouse work • Receiving and stocking product • Picking, packing and loading orders for deliveries • Packing, labeling and prepping for 3rd party shipping • Deliveries • Regular supply orders to our Commercial customers • Some deliveries to our retail customers • Other duties as assigned We offer competitive hourly rates, a full benefits package which includes health insurance, floating holidays, vacation, sick leave if you’re sick, and an associate discount program. This is mostly a Monday – Friday 8am to 5pm position. We do have some part time opportunities and some weekend hours too. Qualifications • Clean driving record for the last 2 years OR more • Valid driver’s license • Comfort operating a delivery van or other delivery vehicles • Ability to lift and move large / bulky items weighing 50 pounds or more • (Safety is a priority for us – we practice team lifting and provide equipment when needed) • Ability to work independently • Willingness to learn and adapt to changing priorities and environments • You must be a team player and be able to make good decisions for our customers and our company. • You must be dependable and reliable If you want to work and you think you will fit in – then send us an email with your resume and a note about why we should consider you.
