Warehouse Worker $16/hr 1002 S 63rd Ave Phoenix 85043 This posting will be closed on 3/23/2021 @ 3:00pm. At that time, resumes will be pushed to the agency. 7 year Package A background required Possibility of contract to hire. Duration: through July, possibility to be extended based on performance Warehouse Worker General warehouse work - this warehouse works with local offices RESPONSIBILITES -Unloading and loading surplus property (workstation panels, surfaces, file cabinets, chairs, and other assorted office equipment) from DES vehicles and vendor vehicles. -Handling (lifting, carrying) surplus property, sorting items, disposing of items and recording property for official documents. -If forklift certified; loading/unloading equipment with forklift. Disposing of property in large dumpsters. -Examining file cabinets, drawers etc. for DES documents. Dispose properly. -Delivery of surplus property and surplus property pick up duties with other staff (candidate will not be driving) -If required, perform ordering filling duties for the Office Supply Unit if required and time permitting from surplus duties. -Pulling stock items for orders, preparing for shipping and completion of shipping documents. -Supplies include PPE, office supplies, etc. -Lifting/carrying of 50 lbs.
