Mill Operator & Scanning Technician, Manufacturing Technician and Lathe Operator Needed Global Dental Science, a company specializing in process automation for dentistry, seeks to hire 3 manufacturing technicians to support its growing operation. These are entry level positions with lots of internal growth opportunities!! **The Manufacturing Technician is a great opportunity for someone just entering the workforce with a can do attitude and ready to learn** *Milling and Scanning is responsible for the acrylic denture pucks by selecting the corresponding milling strategies and positioning the puck on the automated 5-axis milling machine system and will cross-train in our scanning function, operating a light scanner to convert physical dental records into STL data for our digital design process. *Lathe Operators set up and operate CNC Lathes and run parts according to work instruction. Experience in set up and operation of manual lathes with a digital read out is desirable. Previous CNC mill experience is preferred. *Manufacturing technicians set up and prepare materials, operate molds to cast acrylic disks according to manufacturing work instructions using hydraulic presses and heating equipment. All positions will maintain process and quality records of materials, and maintenance logs. Computer skills are required, such as operation, keyboard and Microsoft word. Prior experience in a manufacturing technician role, following SOPs, work instructions, using equipment, technical aptitude and enthusiasm to learn new skills are key. Come join a great team!
