JOB NAME: Weekend Sign Placer COMPANY NAME: Motivational Systems Inc. LOCATION: Our office is located in Phoenix, off of 75th and Buckeye. But the routes will be in the Southern SCHEDULE: Friday Night/ Saturday Morning and Sunday night/ Monday morning DUTIES: Placing Weekend Directional signs for the weekend. Signs go up either Friday night or Saturday morning and then taken down on Sunday Night/ Monday Morning. The point of these signs is form a route that leads traffic to our clients new homes buildsites. These routes can run anywhere between a couple of months to a couple of years. We are looking for long term employees who can work these weekends continuously and reliably. RESPONSIBILITIES: You will be responsible for the routes you are given. They must be complete every weekend, and taken down after every weekend. It wil be your job to keep track of what you need to keep the route complete and up to quality. You will need to store signs during the week at your home. You will be given needed supplies weekly. You will also need to check in every Wednesday with your supervisor. REQUIREMENTS: You will be required to use your own vehicle for the job. So you must have a valid AZ Drivers License, Insurance with your name on the policy, and a clean driving record. We prefer the vehicle be a pick up truck since some of the signs will be quite big. I can provide photos upon communication. Application does include W4 and I9. COMPENSATION: The pay is a piece rate only. So you are paid for the items you place for the company on the weekend. The total is 135 WEDs (Weekend Directionals) and 3 SKIDS (Larger signs in a metal frame. The total for this placement and pickup will be $169.65 per week. So for two weekends that will be a total of $339.39. DISCLAIMER, this amount can go up or down depending on the clients needs and your availability.
